A cocktail reception of regional flavors of the Mediterranean

 

On September 25, The Monroe Foundation, in cooperation with Monroe College, will host its 13th annual ‘A Chef’s Legacy’ evening of good food and fellowship under the stars at the Culinary Center in New Rochelle, New York.

‘A Chef’s Legacy’ is the Foundation’s signature annual event to raise scholarship funds to assist deserving students with the cost of tuition and related academic pursuits, including study abroad opportunities.

Hosted by Monroe College’s School of Hospitality Management and the Culinary Institute of New York, guests are treated to a cocktail reception of regional flavors of the Mediterranean prepared by student chefs-in-training.
